Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations made at least 10 days before the course start time: full refund.

Cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before the course: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course start time: no refunds will be issued, but the client may transfer their place to another person.

Rescheduling a Reservation

If the client cannot attend, they may reschedule their course once at no additional cost, provided they notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

 

Cancellations by the Organizer

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., instructor illness, exceptional conditions), the following will be offered:

a) Full refund, or

b) Rescheduling the course to an alternative date.

 

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you can transfer your place to a friend or family member at no additional cost, providing they notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Arrivals and No Shows

A late arrival of more than 20 minutes may result in the loss of your spot.

If you fail to show up for the course without prior notice, there will be no refund or possibility of rescheduling.

Asiakkaan tekemät peruutukset

Vähintään 10 päivää ennen kurssin alkua tehdyt peruutukset: täysi hyvitys.

6–3 päivää ennen kurssin alkua tehdyt peruutukset: 50 % maksetusta summasta hyvitys.

Alle 72 tuntia ennen kurssin alkua tehdyt peruutukset: maksuja ei hyvitetä, mutta asiakas voi siirtää paikkansa toiselle henkilölle.

 

Varauksen muuttaminen

Jos asiakas ei voi osallistua kurssille, hän voi muuttaa varausaikaansa kerran ilman lisäkustannuksia ilmoittamalla siitä vähintään 72 tuntia etukäteen.

 

Järjestäjän tekemät peruutukset

Jos peruutus tapahtuu ylivoimaisen esteen vuoksi (esim. ohjaajan sairaus, poikkeukselliset olosuhteet), tarjotaan seuraavaa:

a) Täysi hyvitys tai

b) Kurssin siirtäminen toiseen ajankohtaan.

 

Lippujen siirrot

Liput ovat siirrettävissä. Jos et voi osallistua kurssille, voit siirtää paikkasi ystävälle tai perheenjäsenelle ilman lisäkustannuksia, jos he ilmoittavat siitä

vähintään 24 tuntia etukäteen.

Myöhästyneet saapumiset ja peruuttamattomat saapumiset

Yli 20 minuutin myöhästymisestä voi seurata paikkasi menettäminen.

Jos et saavu kurssille ilman ennakkoilmoitusta, maksua ei palauteta eikä ajanvarausta voida siirtää.
